Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Item must be in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Personalized or custom items
• Hygiene-related items, if applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company.
• Contact your bank.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, please contact us with:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
