(such as an incorrect shipping address)
- Delivery was delayed due to circumstances beyond our control
(including customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions)

Exchanges
Yes — exchanges are possible.
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

Returns

- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise authorized by Zenyth

- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with:
- Face and body products with broken seals
- Underwear with removed hygiene seals or labels
- Swimwear with broken hygiene seals or labels
- Pierced jewelry if the seal has been broken or altered
