Shipping with care
We prepare and ship each order with attention and care. Our fulfillment partners are based in California, and we work with trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS.
Shipping locations
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery addresses
You may ship your order to a home, business address, PO Box, or APO/FPO military address—whatever feels most convenient for you.
If you’re not home
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your package in a secure location such as your mailbox, porch, or with a nearby neighbor, depending on the situation.
Physical products
Order changes or cancellations
You may cancel or adjust your order before it has been shipped. If you need help, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Refund eligibility
Within 14 days of receiving your item, you may request a refund in the following situations:
- Your order did not arrive
- Your order arrived significantly later than expected
- The item received was not as described
Refunds may not be issued if:
- The shipping address provided was incorrect
- The delay was caused by circumstances outside our control (such as natural events or carrier disruptions)
All physical products are covered by a 14-day return window. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
Exchanges

Returns
If a return is approved, items should be sent back in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first—we’re here to help and want the process to be smooth.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Underwear or swimwear with removed hygiene seals
- Pierced jewelry with broken seals
Digital products
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are considered final once accessed or downloaded.
If you experience any issues—such as broken files, access problems, or missing content—please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
Limited exceptions
In rare cases, a refund may be considered if:
- A file is corrupted and cannot be replaced
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake
- Technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved
Please contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order number and a brief explanation if you believe your case qualifies.
