Returns

Non-returnable items

- Pierced jewelry with broken seals
Digital products
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are considered final once accessed or downloaded.

Limited exceptions
In rare cases, a refund may be considered if:
- A file is corrupted and cannot be replaced
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake
