What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.

Orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may request:

- A full refund if delivery exceeds the guaranteed time (1–3 business days, plus 1 business day processing)
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described

I have had this tracker for almost a month, and I love it! The battery life is great (I recharge mine every four or five days). I like the slim profile of the band, and the tracker is easy to read (I am almost 70 years old and have no trouble reading it, even in bright sunlight). Sleep tracking is mostly accurate, although it doesn't always log a nap to your sleep total. Overall, I'm very happy with this tracker!
