Refunds are not available if:
- The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (such as an incorrect shipping address).
- Delivery was delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (including customs issues, natural disasters, or postal delays).

Exchanges
Yes, you may exchange an item instead of requesting a refund.

Returns

- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise authorized by Zenyth.
- You must contact us before returning any items so we can provide assistance and return authorization.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with:
- Face and body products with broken seals
- Underwear with removed hygiene seals or labels
- Swimwear with broken hygiene seals or labels
- Pierced jewelry if the seal has been broken or tampered with
